Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are much too busy working on your sites or developing your apps, you rarely have the time to keep track of what’s going on with the VPS server – whether it is under stress or if all the services are running properly. With our Managed Services deal, we’ll do this on your behalf. Your VPS server will be included in the custom–developed monitoring system and in the event that there’s a trace of a trouble, our server administrators will be notified momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup of all your hosted content is highly recommended – you never know when something can go wrong. And with the Managed Services package, you will take advantage of weekly backups of your entire VPS, not only of your content, without you needing to set up or configure anything. And all the backups are always retained on a server with many RAID–configured hard disk drives. Thus your hosted content will always be secure, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you a virtually infinite set of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software apps. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services offer, which permits you to ask any of our skilled system administrators to install any kind of software app and to take care of any issue that you’re experiencing with the Virtual Private Server.

Our Managed Services solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It is an extra for our KVM VPS Plans.
